We view our Service and Repair
Department as a value to you for many reasons.
We offer service beyond compare
with over 65 years of combined service experience, with factory training in all
brands of machinery currently in use in the field of maintenance.
This training has afforded us the
prestige of being a factory warranty station for all of the following
manufacturers: Noble/Castex, Advance, MinuteMan, Electrolux, AL United Floor, and Pacific Steamex.
We also offer a Planned
Maintenance Program (PM) which ensures that your equipment is kept in tiptop
condition. The PM program is set up to fit your specific needs.
If you have your own repair staff,
we can assist you in setting up a proper maintenance schedule too, to keep all
your machinery operating smoothly. KSS will also work with your staff to
create an inventory management system. This can help you keep the proper
kinds of replacement parts on-hand without allowing for the overstock that you
don't regularly need.
If you have a PM program in place
with KSS, we guarantee repair within 2 business days. If for any reason we
are not able to return your machine to you in that period of time, we'll provide
you with a comparable loaner unit, so that your maintenance department is not
without it's needed machinery. Low cost rentals are also available to
those that are without a PM program.
Many repairs do not require a trip
to the shop. In those cases, we can visit your site, and make repairs at
that time, getting your machinery back in business even sooner.
Have questions about your
equipment needs? We can help there too! With onsite analysis, we can
recommend the proper size and types of equipment you need to complete your jobs
with peak efficiency, and we can assist you in formulating a budget to meet your
goals.
If you have a need for parts, have
a question about how your machines are functioning, or would like to discuss
setting up your facilities with Planned Maintenance Programs, feel free to call
Amy or Traci, at (800) 638-4191. We'll be happy to assist you.
